We are aware that the current environment in property development is increasingly centered on BTR (Build to Rent) and consequently, we appraise all our potential sites with a BTR exit in mind.

Development for Investors

We are not currently open to new investment but are always open to having conversations with investors that meet criteria set out by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and are therefore able to invest in the schemes we aim to deliver.
