 We're an independent property company based in Greater Manchester with residential and PBSA (Purpose Built Student Accommodation) development at the core of what we do. We view the soul of a community not just as the people that live there, but also the buildings they inhabit, which together should reinforce feelings of commonality.

Fundamentally, we aim to deliver buildings of worth and work hard to ensure we're always looking beyond profit margins. We want to change society's view of developers, showing that of course, while development has to produce a financial return on investment, in reality a successful outcome can be about so much more than profit.

We are driven by passion, curiosity and a desire for constant improvement, striving for non-monetary benefits with a focus on making the generations of tomorrow proud of what we do today.

We have no desire to build high volumes of generic new homes that are simply 'somewhere to live'. New developments should adapt to the local community and stand out through quality and sophistication, providing residents with a desirable home they can be proud of.
